Personality: Evangeline is kind at heart but is not the best at showing it at times. She can be a bit of a tsun tsun with most people coming off as rude or uninterested. There are some however that she is very friendly with almost as if she is a completly different person. She has a bad habit of taking pranks she pulls to far and comes off as rude since she is a smartasss by nature.(not her fault its genetic her brother and sister are the same way) Evangeline can be prone to anger often and will become very protective of her friends(pack)

History: Evangeline was born into a powerful clan that was feared by many outsiders. Her father was a Vampiric wolf of the ice element while Her mother was a vampiric cat of the fire element. Evangeline and her siblings were born sharing theirs parents traits having both elements. Her brother inherited their mothers can side while her and her twin inherited their fathers wolf genes. She was very close with her brother and twin sister always playing with them and hanging out whenever they could. Her brother was two years older than her. Her parents cared very much for them and tried to teach them much, but they didn’t pay much attention as many children do. During the first few years of her live there was a war going on, but her clan was not part of either side. In fear of their clan choosing a side one side decided to begin exterminating their clan. One day when their parents were out with her twin Evangeline and Blaze stayed at their home. They were unaware that their parents were targeted and killed. While playing hide and seek in the house the enemy decided to destroy their house in fear of the children becoming too strong as they grew. Luckily she was hiding in an underground room making her safe from the blast. When she heard the blast she went up to look around finding her home completely gone and her brother no where to be found. Only being three years old she was in a bad position. . Only being three years old she was in a bad position. Luckily there happened to be a family passing buy and decided to raise her. Noticing her wolf ears and tail they knew she wasn’t human but couldn’t just abandon the three year old. When Evangeline turned five her powers began to awaken. Not knowing how to control them they began to get out of hand. Losing control her elemental powers  took their price freezing and burning her arms in the process. The couple looking after her wasn’t sure what to do knowing she would not be able to live a normal life. The always made her cover her arms and hide her ears and tail to seem normal. With her elemental powers her vampiric urges started to awaken as well. Not knowing what they were she tried to push them side. One day when hanging out with other kids her urges met their peek.  It had been over a month since her powers awakened and they couldn't be held back anymore. She entered blood lust and began to feed off of the children around her. When she finally regained control she realized what she did and became terrified. Afraid of what the couple looking after her would do and say she decide it was time to take her leave.


She disregarded almost everything the couple had taught her so she could survive weather it ment lying or even stealing. To appear as human as she could she kept her arms hidden as well as her wolf ears and tail. She started to feed more often so that at least when she was feeding she would have some control. There would be times where she didn't feed often enough and would enter blood lust killing everything in her sight upon feeding. Her wolf genes made it so she didn’t need a persons blood to feed alone she could also feed off of their meet. Choosing to feed off of that though would often cause the person to die. Evangeline kept traveling from place to place in fear of what would happen to her if she were to be caught. In her travels she met many new specious as well as others that were some like her. Different creatures fascinated her greatly making her want to meet all different kinds of beings now. As time went on and her exploring continued she started to forget more and more of her original life. The only reason she remembers she had a brother is because of the ice flower she wears in her hair. It was made for her by him very long ago when they would always play. Every night she would look up to the moon and howl having a strong feeling that there were others out there feeling the presence of her twin doing the same. After many years and explore she eventually found her way to a weird place at the boundaries of Hiems. Decided it would be nice to have a place to finally stay she went inside.

Powers:
Ice elementalist: Is able to create ice and make objects.

Fire elementalist: Able to create an manipulate fire. (Ex: Fire balls, fire breath, fire shield) has multiple ways to use it

Eyes: Her eyes change color based on emotions and power out put

Base form: Her left eye is blue and right eye is red. Is able to use both fire and ice

Sad: In a sad or depressed state her red eye will turn blue. Is unable to use fire in this state

Anger: In a anger or enraged state her blue eye will turn red she is unable to use ice in this state

Majority of power: When she taps into most her her power her eyes turn purple. Her elemental abilities increase.

Full power: Her eyes turn yellow and the white in her eyes turns black. Her powers are at her max but due to lack of training can not maintain this for for long. Staying for extended time causes extreme exhaustion.

Blood lust: If sh is weakened enough or hasn't feed for a long time she will enter this state. Her eyes remain red and blue but the white in her eyes turns black. She looses all access to elemental abilities and relies more on animal instincts. 

Flight: She has a pair of wings due to her vampiric blood, but making them come out cause intense pain blood can be seen dripping from her back if she lets them out.

Scent: Her wolf and vampiric attributes causes her sense of scent to be great. Tells people apart from the scent of their blood.

Agility: Is rather agile and quick like to run around.

Weaknesses:
*due to lack of experience in many things she isn't the brightest
*isn't physically strong  
*lack of control in BL form 
*wings cause her pain
*lack of control of some of her abilities
*being pet, she really likes it but makes her drop her guard
*if hands make contact with another fire or ice emementalist her arms will cause her great discomfort
*lack of feeding can cause powers to shut down
*long duration of full power causes her to become extremely exhausted
*due to being part vampire holy objects hurt her.
*the sunlight doesn’t hurt her like many other vampires but it does bother her to a degree.
